Monica Valencia Appointed to the Culture Commission of the City of Modesto

Monica Valencia was selected as a commissioner for the City of Modesto Culture Commission, where she will be responsible for advising on matters pertaining to art, literature, music, the McHenry Museum, the McHenry Mansion and other cultural activities in the city.
